the large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom upscale home is only about 4 miles (8 to 9 minutes) from both perdido key beach and johnson beach, which are some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the world, with their world famous powdery white sand
the home is also convenient to grocery shopping, beverage stores, restaurants, fast foods, convenience stores, gas stations and the world famous flora-bama lounge & beach bar, oyster bar restaurant and sunset grill
both big lagoon state park and perdido kids park are less than 5 minutes away and historic downtown pensacola, where many events take place year around, is only 12 miles away
the home comfortably sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms that includes 2 master suites There is 1 King bed in the spacious Master #1 and Queen beds in the other 3 Bedrooms. One of the other Bedrooms has a Private Bathroom and serves as Master #2. All Bedrooms have spacious Closets and Ceiling Fans as well as Smart HDTVs.
